I once used Mozy as my data backup service and I felt secure with them until the day my computer crashed. When I encountered a technical problem with restoring my data, Mozy told me my service package did not include telephone support and that I would have to communicate with their overseas technicians by email. After four days of unhelpful email correspondence I still did not have my data and I was starting to panic. I was extremely fortunate that an independent computer technician was finally able to recover my data from the corrupt hard drive because I was getting nowhere with Mozy. I have since switched to Netsmith for my back-up service. I was unlucky enough to have another recent computer crash, but the service and results I got from Netsmith were fantastic! I was able to immediately access my backed up data online, and when I did encounter a snag Netsmith technicians were available by phone and in person to help restore my data immediately. I was up and running again the same day! I feel so much safer with Netsmith as my back-up provider! Thanks to Netsmith for going above and beyond to keep my data safe and accessible!
